2006-2007 PRICE PROTECTION PLAN

Dear Valued Customer,
Wachusett Fuel is pleased to offer 2 PRICE PROTECTION PLANS for quality discount oil for the upcoming heating season.

A PREPAID PLAN at $2.64 per gallon, or a 6 MONTH BUDGET PLAN at $2.74 per gallon. Due to the volatility of the oil market this is a fixed price and will not go up or down, as long as your payments are made on time. We also offer a 10-MONTH BUDGET PLAN at our daily price.

Our form must be filled out, signed and reach our office by July 20th to reserve the price for whichever plan you choose. Payment is due in full no later than July 30th for the PREPAID PLAN or by the 15th of each month starting in August for the BUDGET PLANS. This years pre-purchase of oil has been made by Wachusett Fuel Oil Distribution, Inc and will be limited to only the amount reserved before the deadline date. Please note that the guaranteed price of oil will go into effect immediately and continue through June 30, 2007 or until the pre-purchased number of gallons is delivered, whichever comes first. .

Any payment received after the July 20th deadline will not be eligible for the lock-in PRICE PROTECTION PLAN.
